SLEEP PATTERNS
3:00 AM to 5:00 AM:-
This is potentially the ‘witching hour’. It is the time when the otherworldly powers are strongest, and we can access them through our subconscious mind while sleeping. This time our body temperature is at its lowest. We may sense mysterious energies around us. During this time, the LUNG meridian is activated, which is related to the sense of freedom. So, if someone is repeatedly waking up now instead of sleeping, it means that the person has something blocking his path or has anxiety issues. This is a great time for Sadhna as our souls’ are most receptive now this time to receive divine energies.

LUNG organ is the store house of emotions. According to energy science, continued suppression of emotions results in lung issues like asthma, wheezing and chronic cough. The Bach Flower remedy effective for functionality of lung are Gorse, white chestnut and Olive. Regular Pranayam is also recommended here for free flowing CHI in the lungs.
